Glass Cannon Network Retreats are an immersive, premium weekend built for fans who want more than just a live show. Play games with GCN personalities, nerd out with fellow Naish members, and spend an entire weekend doing what you love—rolling dice, telling stories, and building community.
WHAT ARE GCN RETREATS? GCN Retreats are intimate, hands-on tabletop gaming events where attendees sit down at the table with Glass Cannon Network personalities.
This isn’t a run of the mill gaming convention. This isn’t a meet-and-greet. It’s a curated experience designed to maximize play time, connection, and unforgettable moments.

Badge Only Packages include access to gaming space all wekeend long but DO NOT include hotel stay or food and drink. Bottlecap drink tokens will be available for purchase.
Single and Double Room Packages include hotel stays at the LINQ checking in Thursday 6/11 and checking out Sunday 6/14, access to gaming space all weekend long, breakfast and cocktail parties on Friday and Saturday night and 10 bottlecap drink tokens.

General Event Information
Which GCN personalities will be in attendance? Keep an eye on our social media channels as we get closer to June! We’ll be announcing the special GCN guests and GMs who will be joining us at the LINQ as the event approaches.
Can I bring my family along with me? The Retreat gaming hall and social events are limited to badge holders only. To participate in the gaming sessions, meals, or cocktail parties, each family member will need their own badge.
Registration, Packages & Travel Security
Is there an option to pay in installments? Yes! We offer Klarna at checkout, which allows you to split your purchase into installments. You can select your preferred payment plan at the time of purchase.
Do I need to purchase travel insurance? We strongly recommend that all attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance. While we look forward to seeing you in Vegas, unexpected life events—such as illness, travel delays, or family emergencies—can happen. Because GCN Retreats involve significant non-refundable costs for venue space and lodging, travel insurance is the best way to protect your investment should you be unable to attend. Important Timing Note: Most travel insurance policies (especially those with "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage) require you to purchase the policy no more than 20 days after the initial purchase of your retreat package. Don't wait until the last minute to secure your coverage!
I live in Las Vegas. Can I purchase a badge without a hotel room? Yes! We are offering a Badge Only Package for $999. This provides access to gaming all weekend long. Please note that this specific package does not include meals or access to the cocktail parties.
What is included in the hotel packages? The Single and Double room packages include:
- Your hotel stay at The LINQ.
- Access to gaming all weekend.
- Breakfast and evening cocktail parties on Friday and Saturday.
- 10 drink "bottlecaps" per badge holder for cocktail parties.
Gaming & Programming
How do I sign up to play games with GCN cast members and the Naish? We will set up a private Warhorn page closer to the event date where attendees can sign up for specific gaming slots. This year we will be implementing a new lottery system so it's no longer first come first serve.
Can I run a game at the Retreat? Absolutely! Before the Warhorn goes live, we will send out a submission form. You can submit the games you’d like to GM for approval to be added to the official weekend schedule.
Add-Ons & Logistics
How does the Welcome Kickoff Party work? The Kickoff Party is an exclusive "Level Up" experience held on Thursday June 11, from 6–8 PM at the Wheelhouse. It requires a separate $399 ticket for each attendee and includes an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and dedicated time to hang out with the GCN personalities before the main gaming days begin.
Can I extend my stay at the LINQ? Yes. If you want to arrive early or stay an extra night to enjoy Vegas, you can add check-in Wednesday, June 10 ($79) and/or check-out Monday, June 16 ($130) to your booking during the registration process.
